We proudly offer worldwide shipping through trusted logistics partners, including DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, and other premium carriers of the same standard, ensuring secure and reliable delivery to your destination.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 4-5 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 2 to 3 weeks.

  • Express Shipping: If you require an expedited service for a special occasion, please contact us for tailored courier arrangements.

During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, minor delays may occur. Pashmirah cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather disruptions, or other external factors beyond our control.

At Pashmirah, every order is handled with the utmost care to ensure a seamless experience. Orders are processed within 48 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Rest of the World: 2 to 4 weeks

Each bespoke Pashmina shawl, stole, saree, or embroidered piece is a labor of artistry, crafted with meticulous care. Due to the intricate handmade process, custom orders may require additional time for creation and delivery.

  • The estimated production timeline for bespoke pieces will be communicated upon order confirmation.

  • Once completed, your order will be shipped via our premium logistics partners with standard or express delivery options available.

  • As these pieces are made exclusively for you, cancellations or modifications after production has begun are not possible.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
